The Hellenic Chamber of Hotels presented “Greek Breakfast” in cooperation with Hellenic Chef's Association, the first day of the exhibition. With Mr G. Pittas as representative of the Chamber, the members of Chef’s Association created various versions of Greek Breakfast and talked about each one of them, highlighting the local products from various Greek regions, promoting the uniqueness of each area (Eptanisa, Chios, Mytilene, Kos, Rhodes, Dodecanese, Epirus). Finally, the last day of the exhibition on Tuesday 7th February, local culinary schools and their students presented a 6-person buffet based on the “Greek Breakfast”. All versions were equally impressive, succeeding their main goal, to render local, traditional products, an integral part of Greek Hospitality.
